Challenge
Infinity X1 needed to launch a complete D2C experience on Shopify within a tight deadline of 14 days to support the brand’s entry into Costco stores. Eventige was tasked with the challenge of designing, developing, and launching the new online store to position Infinity X1 as a market leader in the new category of Hybrid Rechargeable Flashlights, a newly patented type of technology innovation.
Solution
Eventige quickly got to work and deployed a team to create wireframes, design, and develop both frontend and backend features for the new online store. The team worked diligently to ensure that the new store would be fully functional and ready to launch within the limited timeframe, layering in digital marketing systems to align with the newly built Shopify. With the new store and marketing materials ready, Infinity X1 was able to go live in time for the deployment into Costco.
Results
The launch of the new online store was a resounding success, with Infinity X1 successfully establishing itself as the market leader in the new category of Hybrid Rechargeable Flashlights. Post-launch, we implemented several new marketing strategies, including AdRoll, Google Ads, and FB/IG Ads, to drive traffic, boost engagement, drive the acquisition of net new customer traffic and sales.
We also created a program for lead capture, on-site upsell messaging, and Klaviyo email marketing automation with custom flows and incentive programs. These efforts resulted in increased website performance, higher conversion rates, and improved customer engagement. Additionally, EMG developed an editorial calendar with SEO-rich content and new owned media content programs for the Infinity X1 brand, further increasing the brand’s visibility and engagement.
